Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bazi33 ("bazi33", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bazi33 website at https://bazi33.org, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Account Registration and Security

To access bazi33's full range of betting and casino services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

• Withdrawal of real money balance: Where a player account holds both a real money balance and an active bonus balance, real money funds may be withdrawn at any time. However, doing so will result in the forfeiture of any active bonus funds and associated pending winnings.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the bazi33 platform, including sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports) and casino games (slots, live casino, crash games, and table games):

• Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed on the platform. bazi33 does not accept cancellation requests for bets already placed, except where a clear platform error is demonstrated.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of placing a bet and are subject to change at bazi33's discretion.
• Palpable errors: bazi33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or typographical mistake ("palpable error"). Where bets are voided on this basis, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Result disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sports bet, bazi33's determination — based on official match result data from recognised sports data providers — shall be final. For casino games, the certified RNG outcome shall be determinative.
• Disconnection during live play: bazi33 is not liable for bets or game rounds affected by disconnection from the internet on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during a live casino round, the outcome recorded by the game server shall stand.
• Prohibited strategies: bazi33 prohibits the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform. Any account found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and all associated balances reviewed.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the bazi33 Service. Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating multiple player accounts, either independently or in conjunction with other persons.
• Using the Service while under the age of 21.
• Conducting any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Using third-party automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or facilitating such transfers on behalf of others.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or degrades the performance of the Service for other users.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content belonging to bazi33 without prior written consent.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the bazi33 Service shall be subject to the internal dispute resolution process operated by bazi33.
